Screen Printed, Embossed Controller Overlay for The Electronics Industry

Polycraft, Inc. provides high quality custom membrane switch overlays to the electronics industry. When our customer, who manufactures audio/video controls for the airline industry, needed a high quality graphic label for their membrane switch, they relied on our 40 years experience in custom label printing. The label is printed on 0.007" Marnot 90 polyester with 3M 468 laminating selective adhesive, using our Lawson Seneca Screen Printing press with silver, black, and opaque white inks. The die cut label measures 2.510" x 1.350" with a tolerance of ± 0.015". After printing, the label is embossed to match the locations of the buttons on the audio/video control.

Production volume on this label is 3,000 units and we provide a delivery time of 5 business days or less to our customer in Florida. We ensure the quality of our labels by providing dimensional and visual inspections before they are sent to the customer.
